Sunday calls for pancakes.
And today I served amazing stack of 23 pancakes.
They are easy to make and super yummy.
Ingredients
200gr GF Millet flower
5 tbsp coconut sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of vanilla
3 vegan eggs
200 ml almond milk ( I used my own)
2 tsp baking powder
To make the maca- blubbery sauce you will need:
Cup of organic blueberries
cup of vanilla COYO
1 tsp of maca powder
Coconut oil for frying.
Method:
1. In a big bowl combine all ingredients for pancakes. Use had mixer to combine them, until smooth.
2. Heat up frying pan with coconut oil and fry your pancakes until brown.
3 To make maca- blubbery sauce, mix all ingredients in your high speed blender and mix until all combined.
4. Serve and enjoy!

Dzisiaj zapraszam na weganskie i bezglutenowe jaglane nalesniki z sosem z borowkowym z dodatkiem maca.
Do przygotowania tych smakowitych pankejkow bedzie nam potrzeba:
200gr bezglutenowej maki jaglanej
5 tbsp cukier cocosowy
szczypta soli
szczypta vanilli
3 weganskie jajka
200 ml domowej roboty mleka z migdalow
2 tsp bezglutenowy proszek do pieczenia
Do przyzadzenia sosu:
1 szklanka porowek badz jagod
1 szklanka yogurtu kokosoweo ( badz innego)
1 lyzeczka pudru maca
Metoda:
1. W duzej misce wymieszac wszytskie skladniki na pankejki. Wszytskie produkty polaczyc ze soba za pomoca robota recznego az do uzyskania jednolitej konsustencji.
2. Na rozgzana patelnie dac olej kokosowy i smazyc pankejki na obu stronaz az do zabrazowienia.
3. Do zrobienia sosu, zmieszac wszystkie skladniki i zblendowac w mikserze.
4. Zajadac !
