My ''job'' as ZICO brand ambassador came to the end.

Today I would like to share with you my last recipe for ZICO.


The recipe today is for a simple green smoothie. To make it you will only need 3 ingredients.

1 cup of Zico coconut water
1 cup of spinach
1 ripe banana

Blend all ingredients until all combined.



As most of you know coconut water is a very popular drink and is consumed by many people across the world. Coconut water has less sugar than any other sports drink and many other shop buy drinks,  is widely known to replace the minerals and fluids that we lose during physical activities and not only.

Coconut water contains a lot of supplements and nutrients that are needed to sustain healthy life.

Coconut water can be very beneficial for your skin. Helps reduce acne and oily skin, just clean your face with Zico coconut water in the morning to moisturise your skin.

Coconut water is composed of bioactive enzymes, these enzymes help in easy digestion and metabolism.
