I think baking it's slowly becoming my thing. I never thought that I will enjoy it. But now when I make cakes and cookies and I see everyone is enjoying them, then I'm happy, and baking it's getting better and better.
This cake is nice with your afternoon tea and as most of my recipes very easy to make. Plus it is vegan,gluten free and refined sugar free.
150 pecans, blended to powder
2 vegan eggs ( I used 4 tbsp of
chia seeds ( powder) and 8 tbsp of water)
6tbsp cacao powder
2 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp GF soda
400ml maca almond mylk ( home made)
60gr
coconut sugar ( you can replace it with sweetener of your choice, add more or less totally up to your needs)
1 tsp vegan icing sugar for dusting ( optional)
1 tsp maca powder
2 ripe bananas ( 3 if small)
1 tsp vanilla powder
handful of strawberries for decoration.
Method:
1.Heat the oven 170C, grease small round tin.
2. Melt coconut oil on very ow heat.
3. Add all dry ingredients and blend until combined.
4. Whisk in coconut oil to dough mixture. Keep it in the bowl to set for 10 min.
5. Bake for 20-25 min until risen, or until wooden cake stick is dry.
6. Cool for 30 min on the rack.
7. To prepare the ice-cream, bleak all ingredients and leave in the freezer for 1-2h.
8. Serve with cake and beverage of your choice, dust with icing sugar and toppings of your choice.
To ciasto jest łatwe w przygotowaniu i swietnie smakuje z popołudniową herbata badz kawa, i jak większość moich przepisow bardzo łatwe do wykonania. Plus jest weganskie, bez glutenu i cukru rafinowanego.
200gr mąki bezglutenowej ( ja uzylam jaglanej)
150gr orzechow pekan
2 wegańskie jaja (użyłam 4 łyżki nasion chia (proszek) i 8 łyżki wody)
Kakao w proszku 6tbsp
2 łyżeczki proszku waniliowy
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia GF
1 łyżeczka sody GF
150ml topi olej kokosowy
400ml maca migdałów MyLK (domowe)
2 TBP baobab proszku
60gr cukru kokosowego (można zastąpić go słodzik do wyboru, dodać mniej lub bardziej całkowicie do własnych potrzeb)
1 łyżeczka cukru pudru do napylania wegańska (opcjonalnie)
Dla icecrem:
1 łyżka proszku maca
2 dojrzałe banany (3 jeśli małe)
1 mały garnek zwykłego jogurtu kokosowego lub waniliowego
Metoda:
1. Nagrzac piekarnik do 170 ° C piekarnika
2. Roztopic olej kokosowy na bardzo małym ogniu.
3. Dodaj wszystkie suche składniki i wymieszać do połączenia składników.
4. Dodaj oleju kokosowego do mieszaniny ciasta. Odstaw mieszanke na 10 minut.
5. Piec przez 20-25 minut, aż ciasto wyrosnie badz do suchego patyczka.
6. Schłodzić przez 30 minut w szafie.
7. Aby przygotować lody, wszystkie składniki zmiksowac razem i zostawić w lodówce na 1-2h.
