I totally love avocados, could eat them every day all day long.
Yesterday had 2 large and a bit overripe avocados, couple of big potatoes so decided to treat my Mr M with light dinner.

INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp black sesame seeds
handful of chopped flat parsley leafs
pinch od cayenne pepper
pinch of himalayan salt
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves of garlic
pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp of chopped dill
1/2 cup of sour cream or greek yoghurt
*FOR VEGAN OPTION SKIP SOUR CREAM/ YOGHURT
METHOD:
- In a blender, or food processor, blend avocado, lime juice, sour cream/ yoghurt, and all other ingreadients on high speed until creamy. Season with to taste and sprinkle with fresh dill and some chilli flakes.

METODA:
W blenderze lub malakserze, zmiksowac awokado, sok z limonki, śmietana / jogurt, i wszystkie inne skladniki na wysokich obrotach do kremowej konsystencji. Doprawic do smaku i posypać koperkiem i płatkami chili.
