I forgot how delicious acai bowl can be. 
It’s simply a dish where main ingredient is acai powder accompanied but varieties of ingredients that can include anything, oats, granola, fruits.......anything, just use your imagination.
Acai berries comes from the acai palm tree, which is native to Central and South America. The reddish-purple fruit, has varies of health benefits; eating acai berries healp digestive system to work better, our skin is glowing, Acai is very high in Vitamin C great immune boosting home remedy during cold days..

 To make this deep purple berry, rich in anti-oxidants delicious bowl you will need:

1 cup of mixed berries ( I used strawberries, blueberries and frozen raspberries)
1 banana
1 cup of home made coconut milk
1 tsp of baobab powder
1 tsp acai berry powder
1 tsp coconut oil
1 hand full of mixed nuts ( or jut almonds, Brazilian)
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cranberry berry powder

Blend all together with a hand full of oats ( it will fill up your tummy for longer) and enjoy!

This purple berry, super rich in anti-oxidants dish is can be great as breakfast, dessert, light meal....
