Kiwi cocktail



This is one of the best summer cocktails I have ever tried.
The addition of kiwi fruit gives a sweet and sour twist, perfect for warm summer evenings.

Ingredients for 1

1 kiwi
1 tsp vanilla coconut sugar
juice from 1/2 lime
30 ml vodka 
15 ml Galliano Vanilla
100-125 ml coconut water 
ice cubes
Tall glass


Preparation

1. Place kiwi in the shaker and mash it witht the muddle.
2. Add vodka, Galliano Vanilla lime juice, coconut water, sugar and ice.
3. Shake it untill well combined and smooth.
4. Using cocktail strainer, strain the drink into glass with some ice.
5. Top up with garnish of your choice.

Na jedna osobe:

1 kiwi
1 lyzeczka cukru kokosowego 
sok z pol limonki
30ml wodki
15 ml likieru waniliowego
100-125ml wody kokosowej
lod
wysoka szklanka


Jak to zrobic:

1. W szejkerze zgniesc kiwi.
2. Dodaj wodki, likieru, cukru, ssoku z limonki, lodu, wody kokosowej.
3. MIeszaj az dobrze sie ze soba polaczy a cukier rozpusci.
4. Uzywajac sitka przelej drinka do szklanki wypelnionej lodem.
5. Ozdob czym lubisz.
