Love original mojitos, but strawberry one is even better.
Easy, fresh, minty and sweet from strawberries.
So here is the recipe!
You will need
handful of strawberries
5-6 leaves mint
50 ml Bacardi rum
50 ml soda water
2tbsp lime juice
lime wedges
ice
shaker
How to make it?
1. Add strawberries and mint to the bottom of a large glass. Using a muddler, muddle the strawberries, mint and sugar together.
2. Next, add the lime juice and the rum. Stir around to mix everything.
3. Finish off with the soda water. Stir and enjoy
